We do not accept returns for International Orders
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. If we are fulfilling partial order, Customers will get a mail regarding partial shipment of their order. In case we get no affirmation or refutation from their end till 72 hours, we will ship the order.
No cancellation will be accepted once the order is shipped.

Our delivery time is 4-5 working days by trusted logistics partner (Bluedart)and it depends on the availability of product ordered.
What are the delivery charges for India?
Delivery charges for all domestic orders are INR100 on orders which are less than INR 3000.
However, delivery is free on all orders which are over INR 3000.

The final step in completing your online order is ‘Place Order’. Once you click on this button,
you will get an Order Number and an email from Zaitoon Lifestyle. This information must be kept
safe with you until you receive your order since it can be used for tracking your order.

Can I add item to an existing order?
Yes, you can add items in your order only if the order has not been processed.
Can I suggest changes to an order?
Yes, you can make changes to an order within 24 hours through email. Changes will only be
entertained if the order has not been processed.

If customer cancel the online order before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded. In case customer returns due to partial shipment case mentioned in the Cancellation policy, shipping charges will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded.
Exchange and Return policy
- Zaitoon Lifestyle will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
- Zaitoon Lifestyle will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Zaitoon Lifestyle is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Zaitoon Lifestyle will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
- Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 14 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- Zaitoon Lifestyle reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
